Hehe, that's because their x86-64 distribution is incomplete, but they
wanted to be able to say they had one. It's the same with Fedora's.
Debian is the only distro I can think of that currently has an amd64
distribution that's really all amd64 packages.
The AMD64 processors will use 32-bit binaries, but the 32-bit binaries
have to have 32-bit libraries.
