Novell sent me an email today, saying in part "Thank you for ordering the
Linux Technical Resource Kit from the Novell Customer Communities. Your
order has been received, and will ship within the next 7-10 business
days". I got it the same day (maybe within minutes of when) I signed up.
7-10 business days is July 6-9 (July 4 may delay that a bit), so it should
be here sometime between July 7-14.
I don't know what they were assuming, but after every word (or before
every space) is A+^ (maybe Â) (viewed on Gmail).
