So don't babysit the install. Start the install and go on with your normal
routine. I'll start an install, then mow the lawn, clean the house, watch
tv or whatever. Whenever I am near the machine, I'll check the progress and
input choices if needed, and go on with what I was doing. There is no
reason to waste all day watching lines of text scrolling by. Unless you are
entertained by watching that, in which case you probably have bigger
problems than worrying about spending time to install on old hardware. ;)
