Andrew
Thanks for your help !
I got everything installed but I'm getting all sorts of errors
when I do a modprobe prism2_cs
I get a bunch of lines like this:
/lib/modules/2.4.18-3/net/p80211.o: unresolved symbol eth_type_trans_R1af63081
and on and on down to:
insmod prism2_cs failed
I'm wondering. I have the free download version of rh7.3. The link you sent
me said this under the link to the rpm:
Redhat 7.3 kernel 2.4.18-3 (i686 kernel)
Perhaps this is compiled for a 686 kernel I have the 386? kernel?
I'm considering downloading the source and compiling from scratch for my
kernel, or recompiling my kernel (gulp) which I've never done
Any help is appreciated!
Regards
Russ W
